DORA

Adopted in 2010

We adopted Dora in 2010 after fostering her and her two brothers.  The three of them were rescued by a team of plumbers from a storm drain in Boston - a story that actually was featured on the local news (see Dora below posing with the news story).  The two brothers were adopted together, but she made it clear that she wanted to be a permanent part of the family, joining our 9 year old pair, Azzy and Nero.  

She can be aloof with people or cats she doesn't know, but in some ways she is the most affectionate member of the family.  She loves napping on laps, riding on someone's shoulder or being carried around, and she LOVES cuddling with Hagrid.
