These two were flown up from Puerto Rico after the 2017 hurricane.  Initially very shy, but extremely sweet and affectionate.

These two weren't siblings, but we paired them up so they'd have some company,  they bonded nicely, and they were adopted together.

PENNY

2017

Penthesilea, named after the Amazon warrior queen.  She was a feisty, adorable single kitten who absolutely loved Pokey.  She was adopted with an older sister, and they now make a great pair.  Their instagram page is here.

TRALEE & TULLAMORE

2017

Female and male siblings, respectively.  They loved snuggling with Pokey, Hagrid, humans, or each other.  Great pair.

HAGRID

2017

When we drove a van load of cats two and a half hours from a shelter in rural Maryland, only one of them made any noise, whining the entire way.   We only fostered him because his initial foster  plan fell through.  Then two months later, when see saw how perfectly he fit into the family, we adopted him!
